Described as feminist werewolf costume drama “The Wolf Will Tear Your Immaculate Hands.” will release later this year.
“Isabel, having just lost her sister, is forced into an arranged marriage. Desolate and angry, she begins to unearth a wilderness that roars within her, slowly realizing that she has more in common with the wolves in the forest than with the rest of her new household.”

The screenplay is written by Nathalie Álvarez Mesén and Sjón, who has collaborated with Robert Eggers on multiple projects, including WERWULF. Nathalie not only writes, but also directs the feature.
The movie will star Alexander Skarsgård as the British widower, alongside Darla Contois as Isabel, Bronte Carmichael, Lily LaTorre, Forrest Goodluck, and Pernilla August.
The project has no release date yet, but expected to release later this year.
